New-Construction Shutters in PGA Verano, Port St. Lucie

A new PGA Verano home in Port St. Lucie with almost every window type in one house: corner window pairs, wide bedroom openings, narrow windows, a stair-landing window, garage windows and horizontal glass inside the showers. The owners wanted one company to handle all of it before move-in, with a single consistent finish rather than a patchwork of different treatments.

We measured every opening individually and built custom real-wood plantation shutters for all of them - including the shower transoms and the garage, which most window-treatment companies decline. The finish, frame style and louver size are identical from the entry to the stair landing, so the house reads as one design. Everything was manufactured in our own Palm City shop and installed by our crew, on the builder's schedule.
