A Jupiter homeowner wanted plantation shutters for floor-to-ceiling glass doors, tall bathroom doors and a closet wall, with a dark finish on the opening beside a shower. AP Shutters installed the shutters in March 2024.

Tall openings, folding panels and a dark finish
The floor-to-ceiling glass doors received shutters built to the full height of the opening, and tall multi-panel shutters were fitted beside the bathroom vanity. Across the closet wall we installed folding panels, and the opening beside the shower was finished in a dark color painted in our Palm City shop.
Planning notes for tall openings and wet areas
- Floor-to-ceiling shutters are made to the full height of the opening, so measure from the floor to the top of the opening.
- Folding panels suit a wide closet wall because they fold back to open it up.
- Openings next to a shower need a separate moisture review. For wet areas, AP Shutters also offers poly/PVC shutters.
